The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable for all purchases made from distance via the website of PRINCE Ltd. (the Provider), with domain “Gilini.com” (the Website) , or by phone via the “Customer Care” department . By using the Website for placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
"Consumer" shall mean any individual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a Consumer, please do not buy any products on Gilini.com
1. Orders and Products
By using the Website the User agrees the use of emails for order information and confirmation.
After placing an order, PrinceBags sends automatic email with the information for the order including the product characteristics, price, terms of payment, policy for returns and transport costs.
All orders are reviewed and confirmed by email. The confirmation email consists of the order number, date and characteristics, time for delivery, prices and total payable amount.
The Provider keeps its right to refuse orders not made by User, unusual orders, orders with unsettled payments or if the order does not comply with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. In case of incompliance the Website will notify the User. If the User does not manage to correct its order to be in line with the Terms and Conditions, within the period of 5 days the Provider reserves its right to cancel the order and the related payment.
PrinceBags.com keeps its right to change, remove and add products on the Website at anytime and without notice.
The products on the Site may not be available or may be temporally unavailable. The availability of a product cannot be guaranteed.
Orders consisting of personalized products and changed products made with the User’s agreement or by the User request cannot be canceled after the order’s approval and cannot be returned.
2. Prices
All prices on the Site are in EUR, including VAT. Prices can change anytime and without notice. Transport costs are not included in the product price. Please refer to Shipping and Returns section for more details.
Final price including transport is visible in your shopping cart, please check it before confirming the order.
Orders with shipment out of the EU may have additional taxes related to the local law and customs. These taxes are liable to the receiver of the order.
The website has the right to refuse orders and cancel payments for products with incorrect price or promotion.
3. Shipping and shipping costs
The delivery is finalized and the client’s right over the products is effective upon the receiving and acceptance of the goods.
For Information about the delivery, please check our Customer Care section, the provided information is inseparable part of these Terms and Conditions and by ordering with PrinceBags.com the Client declares to have read and agreed with them.
Orders from countries not listed in our delivery destinations list cannot be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service department with your request in order to receive information and support if possible.

5. Returns and Refunds
The client can terminate the contract made with PrinceBags.com, without any sanctions and without a particular reason, up to 15days after the products delivery date.
Please check our Shipping and Returns section for more information on how to terminate the contract. Please read carefully these sections as they are integral part of the Terms and Conditions and by placing an order with us it is considered that the clients has read entirely and agreed the provided information.
You can inform us about your request via the Return form, or by contacting us at returns@gilini.com.
Orders of personalized products or changed products made with the User’s agreement or by the User request cannot be returned.
All purchased products intended for return must be not used and with original package.
If you exercise your right to return the products the Provider may refuse to accept the goods back if they do not have the original packaging, have missing labels or protective packaging, are damaged, or are changed in their characteristics and quality.
6. Binding Agreement
By making an order with us, the User unconditionally accepts and obliges to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale on the PrinceBags.com website, published also with links, including the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy and all other rules set by the Website. If you do not agree with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions please do not place an order for purchasing products from PrinceBags.com.
Our order confirmation, the current Terms and Conditions of Sale and all our site rules shall be considered as final and integrated agreement between the Client and PrinceBags.com on the questions containing in these Terms and Conditions.
7. Warranty
Gilini.com only offers products of the brand “Gilini”, producer by Prince ltd. with seat 154, Orlovska srt. ; 5300 Gabrovo; Bulgaria and/or their authorized producers.
The seller does not sell used products or products with lower quality from the established market standards.
Some articles on the website are covered by commercial guarantee. The term of the guarantee are listed in the product characteristics in the product page and in the “information brochure” delivered with the product.
The conditions for using after-sale service are listed in our Customer Care area.
All elements that are subject to repair can be taken care by technical service.
Gilini.com does not guarantee any availability period for spare parts used in the products. Never the less Gilini.com will make all needed efforts to satisfy its clients in case of request.
The main product characteristics are listed in the product’s page. Images and colors of the products may differ from reality due to browser or monitor used or other reasons.
8. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
Photos, graphics, and descriptions of the products offered for sale are exemplary and do not bind Gilini.com. Customers can get additional information by contacting the Customer Service or PRINCE ltd. Princebags.com aims to display the colors and patterns of the items on the website as accurately and as close as possible to the original. Variations may arise, in particular due to technical constraints in the color rendering of your computer equipment. Therefore, PrinceBags.com is not responsible for any minor mistakes or inaccuracies in the photos or graphics of the items that appear on the website.
Gilini.com is not responsible for any delay or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Gilini.com will inform the Customer of any such incident or force majeure within seven (7) days of its occurrence.
In the event that this suspension of theGilini.com obligations, persists for more than fifteen (15) days, the Customer will be able to cancel the current order and the Company will recover it as soon as possible.
9. Materiality
If some of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions is considered invalid, illegal or not applicable, the rest provisions remain in full force at the degree, authorized by law.
10. Errors and Inaccuracies
Our purpose is to grant full, correct and current information on the Site. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee the lack of human and technical errors. The site can have errors connected with the quantities, pricing, product information and others. We reserve our right to correct all types of inaccuracies and omissions, to change and actualize information at any time and without notice including after made orders.
